Mobile Phone Plan applications:

1. Original valid national ID
2. Original valid Passport + residency visa (for foreigners only)
3. Eligibility after 6 months for postpaid, clear payment history & no suspension/ disconnection in the last 6 months
4. 12 months contract for a plan starts from EGP 650, top tier pack lock-in period is 24 months
5. Payment by Egypt issued credit card or any other internationally recognized card
6. Upfront payment for prepaid customers, 20% initial payment for postpaid
7. Ability to pay (car license, weapon license, bank statement, one month package price security deposit)
8. Subscriber must be at least 18 years old

Postpaid Plan & SIM applications:

1. Original valid national ID
2. Original valid Passport + residency visa (for foreigners only)
3. Ability to pay (car license, weapon license, bank statement, one month package price security deposit)
4. Commitment form to be signed for top tier pack for 12 months or 24 months
5. Subscriber must be at least 18 years old

Prepaid Plan & SIM Application:

1. Original valid national ID
2. Original valid Passport + residency visa (for foreigners only)
3. Subscriber must be at least 18 years old

Home Internet & TV:

1. Original valid national ID
2. Original valid Passport + residency visa (for foreigners only)
3. Original valid rental contract
4. Ability to pay (car license, weapon license, bank statement, one month package price security deposit)
5. Subscriber must be at least 18 years old
